“What’s Good for Europe is Good for Israel” Import Reform:
The reform covers four areas: food, cosmetics, official standards under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy, and energy efficiency for electrical products.
All parts of the reform were approved in the second and third readings in the Knesset and published in the official records.
Most of the reform will come into effect on January 1, 2025, except for specific clauses in each of the four areas.
