Dear Customers,

We would like to update you on several changes following a global IT malfunction that is affecting the ports.

As of now:

– Truck and ship services have been halted at the Ashdod and Haifa ports for all types of cargo.

– The entry gate to Ashdod Port is closed for truck entry, though truck exit is allowed manually.

– Both the entry and exit gates at Haifa Port are closed to trucks.

– The South Port is continuing to operate as usual, providing services to trucks and ships for all types of cargo.

Customers wishing to pick up or drop off containers at the ports are asked to contact us by phone prior to arrival at: 073-3738501.

The Israel Airports Authority has announced that Ben Gurion Airport has not been directly affected by the malfunction, and operations are proceeding as usual. However, there are reports of delays for flights operated by foreign airlines.

We will continue to monitor developments closely and will keep you updated on any changes.
